We sell physical carnivorous plants and related goods. Due to the living nature of our products, please note the following:
- Plants may vary in size, appearance, and condition from photos shown on the website.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that importing or owning specific plant species is legal in your region, state, or country.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a product is listed in error or is no longer available.
4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not obligated to honor pricing errors.

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept PayPal and major credit cards. Credit card payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. PayPal payments are processed through PayPal. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. 5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
5.1 Shipping Methods

5.2 Live Plant Guarantee
Because we ship living plants, delivery conditions matter. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or plant death caused by extreme weather conditions, shipping carrier errors, or failure to retrieve a package promptly after delivery.
5.3 Shipping Restrictions
Certain plants may be restricted from shipment to specific states or countries due to agricultural regulations. It is your responsibility to verify that you can legally receive the plants you order. Orders found to violate import/export regulations may be cancelled.
5.4 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for purchased items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
6.1 General Policy
Due to the perishable and living nature of our products, all sales are final unless the product arrives dead.
6.2 Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy
If your plant arrives dead, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
6.3 Exclusions
We do not accept returns.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website -- including text, images, logos, and product descriptions -- is the property of Quaker Meadows Carnivores and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.
